The NLN Transition Model

One of the most rewarding parts of my role as Creative Director at the National League for Nursing was sitting down with nurse educators and figuring out how to distill complicated nursing education pedagogies into digestible, single page infographics. This typically required multiple meetings and iterations for me to both understand the concepts and ensure that I communicated them clearly. This example is one of many I created during my tenure.

I was hired to assist with the American Medical Group Foundation's Measure Up Measure Down campaign, which focused on raising awareness about high blood pressure. I distilled key metrics into short and effective messaging graphics, which were displayed on sister sites and social media.
