Over my career, I have led the redesign or first design of several enterprise-level websites. Site redesigns require user research, usability studies, site flows, wireframes, development and, of course, design. There are many stakeholders involved, and building consensus is key. I have included four case studies in this section.

Case Study 2: National League for Nursing

When I joined the NLN in 2013, their site was still primitive and did not even run on a CMS. It looked dated and was hard to navigate. Working with an outside vendor who handled data migration and development, I focused on site architecture, wireframing, design and user experience. After many meetings with executive stakeholders and a lot of user feedback, we developed a site that was much more attractive, logical and easy to navigate.
